Lazonby Hall is a freshly decorated family home with lovely antique furniture and modern kitchen and bathrooms. The hall has seven acres of private gardens, woods, and fields. The property has six double or twin rooms that can hold up to 12 guests. There are also four bathrooms, two of which are en-suite.
The house has a formal dining room, a very large drawing room, with real fire, a library, and a stunning new open-plan kitchen with modern appliance, a large dining table and two sofas and TV. A lot of thought has gone into making sure everyone is comfortable. There are open fires, a wood burner, and underfloor heating to keep things warm. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
The property benefits from a brand new (Spring 2025) air source heat pump, solar PV in the grounds and underfloor heating in the kitchen and main hall. There is also a large modern condensing oil boiler for backup so the rooms will always be warm and cosy!
The bedrooms have been decorated to make them unique, yet stylish and comfortable. The bathrooms are charming and modern, ensuring all guests are comfortable each with a modern walk in shower and a separate bath tub.
